Chairman and Mrs. Atwood recently attended a charity event at this restaurant and were blown away by the quality of the food.  The Chameleon Restaurant & Bar has been here for over 20 years. When you step inside you're stepping into a candlelit Metro Europe/ Asian Oasis that's a dining treasure hidden in the heart of the Hollywood district. Owner Pat Jeung grew up in Laos on the border with Thailand. He has a knack for design including a fun, sprawling patio.  He has created a 7 course menu to go with our Silver Oak cabs.

Whether we’re in the courtyard depends on the October 7th weather.  If so, we will find lots of flowers and plants, a covered area, custom paintings, a projector for outdoor movies, and a crowd-pleasing menu. Standouts include the sweet-savory pork belly atop toasted brioche, the Chameleon wraps, and the charred behemoth of a New York steak.  

For over 40 years, Silver Oak has been producing exceptional, food-friendly Cabernets that are extensively aged to be drinkable upon release. Perfect for big dinners or impromptu celebrations, our Alexander Valley and Napa Valley Cabernet wines are as distinctive as they are delicious.  We will enjoy Magnums of the 2001, 2001 and 1990 vintages of Alexander Valley. And 750’s of 1999 Alexander Valley and 1998 Napa Valley.
