Wines selected for the event include the 2015 Ryan Patrick Rose, 2015 Reustle Prayer Rock 2015 Gruner Veltliner, 2015 King Estate Pinot Gris and 6 pinot noirs; 2014 Iris Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, 2014 Primarius Willamette Valley Reserve Pinot Noir, 2013 Boedecker Athena Pinot Noir, 2014 Couer d Terre Heritage Pinot Noir, 2015 Raylee Pinot Noir, and 2014 Rex Hill Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. Single bottle pours to compliment a cheese course include 2015 Ryan Patrick Redhead Red, 2014 Reustle Prayer Rock Syrah, 20o13 Zerba Mouvedre, and 2012 Watermill Estate Cabernet Franc Franc. A 2013 Late Harvest Walla Walla Valley Syrah from Zerba Cellers will be paired with a chocolate dessert. Final details of the dinner and food pairings will be posted shortly. |
