“Established in 1879, Huber’s is Portland’s Oldest Restaurant.”   Enjoy Turkey Dinner on the 7nd day of Summer at Huber’s inside the Historic Oregon Pioneer Building.

Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings:  You will have your choice of Soup, Salad, or Coleslaw to start. Enjoy Fresh Vegetables, Fresh Mashed Potatoes, Sage Dressing and Cranberry Sauce with Roast Young Tom Turkey. House Baked Beer Bread. And, of course, Homemade Pumpkin Pie with Chantilly Cream for dessert.

Our good friends and Co-Owners of Huber's James Louie and David Louie have graciously agreed to waive corkage and give us one of their most highly sought after tables at this Portland "institution."

We will start with Andre Clouet Champagne. Then it’s Pinot, Pinot, Pinot and more Pinot. We will taste them blind and then discuss the vintages; which will include 1991, 1993, 1996, 1998, 1998 Laurene, and 2000. If we sell out, I will throw in a magnum of 2001 Louise for which I paid $165 at the winery on May 22, 2004.

Reidel brand Champagne flutes and Oregon Pinot Noir glasses will be provided.  Huber’s signature drink, Spanish Coffee prepared tableside, will be optional.
