Climate and growing conditions were perfect. Great wines were made in the vineyards and the only thing winemakers had to do that year was not screw up the wine. Muselet Owner and Wine Steward Ron Acierto, of Bluehour, Lucier, Departure and Jory at The Allison Inn fame, has paired up with former Castagna chef Greg Zanotti to open Muselet, an 80-seat, upscale French-influenced restaurant serving seasonal dishes paired with Northwest wines and French grower Champagnes. This brand new upscale “hot” restaurant is on the ground floor of the Ardea Condominiums in the South Waterfront. We have scored their best table on a Saturday night.
