Fogo de Chao is one of Portland’s best all you can eat restaurants. The founders grew up on a traditional Southern Brazilian farm where they learned the churrasco grilling method. Brazilian gauchos are known for their deep knowledge of high quality meats.  In Brazil, the most prized cut in all churrascarias is the Picanha, the signature steak of Fogo de Chao.
