Ed and Sue Kingzett wil be hosting a dinner at Allium Bistro in the historic district of Willamette in West Linn on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 6:30PM. Parking is free. A starter 2016 Sauvigon Blanc will open the event. The will be feature a vertical of Woodward Canyon Old Wines in magnums including years 2000 through 2004.
Rick Small, winemaker and proprietor, has been fashioning wines since 1981 and is truly one of the earliest pioneers of the business in the Walla Walla Valley.
The magnums were purchased when they were released and have been stored in Ed's temperature controlled cellar since. This will be the fourth WFSO event held at Allium, a French inspired restaurant which features locally sourced ingredients that are seasonally available. Woodward Canyon cabernets have a history of being long-lived and this event will give us a chance to see how well they have aged in a large format.
